The purpose of the KOVI Fabrics Scholarship is to support students who are devoted to academic achievement and the pursuit of better education. Applicants must be permanent legal U.S. residents physically residing in the 50 U.S. states or a holder of a valid student visa and at least 18 years of age or older. Students must be enrolled or planning to enroll at an accredited two-year, four-year or technical/vocational college or university in the United States. Applicants must be female high-school seniors pursuing an undergraduate degree in art at a college or university in one of the following areas: applied arts (creative literature/writing, decorative art, design, fashion design, fine arts, graphic design or industrial design), cinematic arts (animation, audio/sound or film-making), performing arts (dance, music, step or theater) or visual arts (animation, architecture, audio/sound, ceramics, computer art, crafts, design, drawing, film-making, illustration, painting, photography, printmaking, video or visual communications).
