The purpose of the H.M. Muffly Memorial Scholarship is to aid nursing students working towards bachelor's, master's or doctoral degrees. Applicants must be Colorado residents who are planning to practice nursing in Colorado. They must be juniors or seniors working towards the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); Registered Nurses (RNs) pursuing the bachelor's degree or higher in a school of nursing; practicing RNs pursuing a doctoral degree in nursing or second- or third-year Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) students. Undergraduates must have a GPA of 3.25 or higher, and graduate students must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Selection is based on GPA, financial need, recommendations, community involvement and commitment to professional practice in Colorado.

The purpose of the Academic Achievement Award is to recognize contributions to the field of public water supply. Master's theses and doctoral dissertations that are relevant to the water supply industry are eligible. Unbound manuscripts must be the work of a single author and be submitted during the competition year in which they were submitted for the degree. Students may major in any area as long as the research is directly related to the drinking water supply industry. The Ittleson Fellowship is for the completion of a doctoral dissertation in the visual arts in a field other than Western art. The Andrew W. Mellon Fellowship is for the completion of a doctoral dissertation in cross-cultural studies or in a field other than Western art through the twentieth century. The Robert H. and Clarice Smith Fellowship is for research on Northern European art between 1400 and 1700, intended for the advancement or completion of either a doctoral dissertation or a resulting publication. The Chester Dale Fellowships are for the advancement or completion of a doctoral dissertation in any area of Western art, with a preference for modern and contemporary topics. The Center offers a Paul Mellon Postdoctoral Fellowship for recipients of the David E. Finley, Paul Mellon, Samuel H. Kress, Wyeth, Ittleson, Andrew W. Mellon and two-year Chester Dale fellowships if the dissertation has been accepted by June 1 of the residence year. Several candidates for each fellowship will be invited to Washington for interviews.

The purpose of the Switzer Environmental Fellowship is to support graduate students who desire a career in environmental improvement. Applicants must be U.S. citizens enrolled in an accredited graduate institution in California, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut or Rhode Island. Students must be enrolled full-time during the entire academic year of receiving the award. Master's degree and JD students must be pursuing their terminal degree. Applicants seeking their Ph.D. must have completed at least three years of doctoral work by July 1 or plan to successfully pass their qualifying exams by May 1 of the year before receiving the award. The purpose of the Andrew W. Mellon Postdoctoral Curatorial Fellowship is to encourage students to receive training on scientific research and conservation practices. Applicants must have a doctoral degree in art history or archaeology and be in residence at the museum during the fellowship period. Fellowships are one year long and begin on September 1 of the year after application. All applicants must be Ph.D. candidates, postdoctoral researchers or senior scholars and must submit a specific research proposal that makes use of the museum’s collection. Fellowships are awarded based on funds and resource availability.

The purpose of the John L. Imhoff Scholarship is to reward a student who has contributed to the development of the industrial engineering profession through international understanding. Applicants must be pursuing a B.S., master's or doctorate degree in an accredited IE program, have a minimum 3.4 GPA and have at least two years of school remaining. Students may not apply directly for this scholarship and must be nominated. An essay describing the candidate's international contributions to industrial engineering and three references are required. IIE membership is not required.

The purpose of the William (Bill) Ezzell Scholarship is to support accounting Ph.D. candidates who demonstrate significant potential to become mentors for the next generation of CPAs. Applicants must have a minimum of three years of professional accounting experience and earned an undergraduate or a master's degree in accounting. Students must be CPAs and U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Applicants must have either applied to a full-time accounting Ph.D. program and are awaiting word on acceptance, received acceptance into a full-time accounting Ph.D. program or matriculated into a full-time accounting doctoral program and pursuing appropriate coursework.
