The purpose of the Seay A. Sanders Jr. Scholarship is to support Oklahoma students pursuing post-secondary education. Applicants must be a graduating senior of a Mid-Del district high school in Oklahoma with previous attendance at Townsend Elementary School. Students must have a minimum grade point average of 3.2 and an ACT score of 22 or greater.
