The Franzie Loepp Endowed Scholarship for Technology and Engineering Education is a STEM, Engineering, $1,500+, merit-based, and renewable award for full-time students in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, and more. Open to entering or continuing majors in Technology and Engineering Education. Continuing majors must have demonstrated academic achievement, as evidenced by an accumulative GPA of at least 3.50 in Technology and Engineering courses. First year majors must have an accumulative high school GPA of at least 3.2 on a 4.0 scale or be ranked in the top 25% of their graduating class. Applications must include letters of recommendation from two teachers; one of whom must be from a Technology and Engineering teacher. The applicant must also submit a letter that describes a project completed (illustration or digital image helpful) and why she/he would like to become a Technology and Engineering education teacher.
