About This Scholarship
The purpose of the Joseph Waskey Gilbert Memorial Fund is to assist students in the Western Virginia area.
Applicants must be graduating seniors who will pursue some form of higher education full-time. Students must be active members of the Falling Springs Presbyterian Church for at least one year prior to graduation, participate in FSPC Youth Fellowship and FPSC Sunday school class for one year with a 50% attendance record.

Students must pursue a degree or studies in teaching, health, law, clergy, law enforcement, or social work and demonstrate financial need.
