The purpose of the A. W. Mellon Postdoctoral Fellowship Program is to support research in the history, theory and criticism of the visual arts in any area represented in the collections of the National Gallery of Art. Applicants must be graduates of a high school in the greater Sacramento or Denver area with at least a 2.5 GPA.
