6 Scholarships for Learning Disabilities Students (April 2025)

The purpose of the Security Benefit Strength in Education Scholarship is to support Oklahoma high school seniors pursuing a degree within the K-12 education field. Applicants must be Oklahoma high school seniors planning to pursue a degree within the K-12 education field. Students must be pursuing a certified degree in education or directly support the education system which includes but is not limited to the following: teaching, school administration, counseling, librarian, child psychology, occupational therapy (speech, learning disabilities, etc.), dietician or music instruction.

The purpose of the Ann Wade Strength in Education Scholarship is to support Oklahoma high school seniors pursuing a degree within the K-12 education field. Applicants must be Oklahoma high school seniors planning to pursue a degree within the K-12 education field. Students must be pursuing a certified degree in education or directly support the education system which includes but is not limited to the following: teaching, school administration, counseling, librarian, child psychology, occupational therapy (speech, learning disabilities, etc.), dietician or music instruction.

The purpose of the Incight Scholarship is to support students with physical or learning disabilities who are residents of Oregon, Washington or California. Applicants must have a documented disability that may include physical, learning or cognitive. Students must also attend a trade school, college or university on a full-time basis. Recipients are placed with internships related to their field of study.

The purpose of the Anne Ford Scholarship Program is to provide financial assistance to high school seniors with learning disabilities who plan to pursue undergraduate degrees. Applicants must be U.S. citizens who are academically successful in public or private secondary schools and with an identified learning disability. Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Financial need is considered.

The purpose of the Challenge Met Scholarship is to provide assistance to amateur radio operators with learning disabilities. Applicants must be licensed amateur radio operators who are accepted to or enrolled in a two- or four-year college, technical school or university. Preference is given to students with documented learning disabilities who are putting forth effort.

The purpose of the P. Buckley Moss Endowed Scholarship is to support students with learning disabilities to pursue visual arts education. Applicants must be graduating high school seniors with a language-related learning disability who are enrolling in an accredited two- or four-year college or university. Students must be pursuing a career in the visual arts and demonstrate financial need.
