About This Scholarship

The purpose of the Susan Knott Memorial Scholarship Fund is to support Jefferson High School students pursuing a degree in history or political science in West Virginia. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and be graduating high school seniors from Jefferson High School who have at least a 2.5 GPA and plan to major in either history or political science at a West Virginia college or university. Special consideration will be given to those unlikely to benefit from the West Virginia PROMISE program.
