The purpose of the Roberta Bell Kraemer Fund is to support students who are graduates of Walla Walla County high schools. Applicants must demonstrate financial need. Students must submit a statement of interests, employment and community service in addition to the FAFSA and their academic transcript. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.

The purpose of the Earl and Lucille Blake Scholarship Fund is to support financially challenged Walla Walla County high school graduates (Washington) who want to attend college. Applicants must be a Walla Walla County high school graduate (includes those earned via GED or home schooling), have resided in Walla Walla County for at least three years and submit academic transcripts and an Expected Family Contribution number (via FAFSA or FAFSA4caster).
