5 Real Estate Scholarships (January 2026)

The purpose of the Alliance Recruitment Scholarship Program is to assist students pursuing a number of different fields. Applicants must be permanent residents of Australia, the U.S. or Canada and high school graduates currently enrolled as undergraduate or graduate students at an accredited university seeking a degree in human resources, gaming, marketing, accounting, graphic web design, mobile application development, visual arts, interior design, real estate, engineering or medicine. Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and finished at least one term of courses and have no gaps in their education.

The purpose of the Real Estate Industry Scholarship is to support students interested in the real estate industry. Applicants must be undergraduate students. Students must submit an essay on a provided topic.

The purpose of the Climate Coworking Scholarship is to encourage students who are interested in sustainability efforts within the real estate industry. Applicants must be studying at a university level and working with a project that has the intent of making the real estate market more sustainable.

The purpose of the Foreclosure Scholarship Program is to support current undergraduate college students who are interested in addressing critical issues facing the nation, namely issues involving real estate/housing. Applicants must be U.S. citizens 13 years of age or older who are currently enrolled as undergraduate college students. They must write an essay between 800 and 2,000 words providing creative solutions to a given topic involving critical issues facing the nation centered around real estate/housing. Selection is based upon the overall strength of the essay and application.

The purpose of the AYPO Real Estate: When I Grow Up Scholarship is to reward students furthering their learning goals. Applicants must be currently enrolled at or planning to attend a university or community college, graduate school program, distance-learning school program, vocational or trade school located in the continental US. An essay or video essay on a provided topic is required.
