The purpose of the Foreclosure Scholarship Program is to support current undergraduate college students who are interested in addressing critical issues facing the nation, namely issues involving real estate/housing. Applicants must be U.S. citizens 13 years of age or older who are currently enrolled as undergraduate college students. They must write an essay between 800 and 2,000 words providing creative solutions to a given topic involving critical issues facing the nation centered around real estate/housing. Selection is based upon the overall strength of the essay and application.
