The purpose of the Becky Briggs Memorial Scholarship is to assist students in the Richmond region. Applicants must be graduating seniors from Douglas Freeman High School, Hermitage High School, J.R. Tucker High School or Glen Allen High School who plan to enroll in an accredited four-year college or university the following academic year. Students must demonstrate outstanding commitment to academics, school and community activities, and also a commitment to fellow classmates.
