About This Scholarship

The purpose of the Canadian Section Student Award is to support a student at a Canadian university who is pursuing an advanced degree related to electrochemical science and technology and/or solid state science and technology. Applicants must be nominated in writing by a university faculty member of a Canadian university. Nominations must then be supported by letters of recommendation from personnel at the university, in industry or in government. The nomination should have a student curriculum vitae, a letter of recommendation from the nominating professor and a brief outline of the research project written by the student.
