The purpose of the Core/OCLC Spectrum Scholarship in Library and Information Technology is to encourage students pursuing library sciences. Applicants must be qualified members of a principal minority group such as American Indian or Alaskan native, Asian or Pacific Islander, African American or Hispanic. Students must be U.S. or Canadian citizens. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited master of library science program and have earned fewer than 12 credit hours. Students must submit references, personal statement and academic transcripts along with the application.
