Applicants must be West Noble High School seniors attending a 2 or 4-year college or university with evidence of community service/volunteer involvement. Preference to students with a GPA of 2.50 to 3.00 and to those students pursuing the field of study in the following order of agriculture, education (teaching), social work, or accounting.
