Applicants must be graduating seniors from Union City Area High School with a minimum 3.5 GPA who are enrolled in an accredited four-year higher education institution. Students must have participated in varsity football, varsity wrestling or varsity track and field for at least two seasons. Applicants must have passed the Pennsylvania State Driver's License Examination.
