The purpose of the Bixby Optimist JOOI Club Scholarship is to support Bixby, Oklahoma students pursuing post-secondary education. Applicants must be a Bixby High School student and active members of the Bixby JOOI Club for a minimum of one year, attending at least 50% of scheduled meetings and participating in at least one community service project. Students must also be a U.S. citizen, plan to attend an accredited college or university and plan to enroll as a full-time college student.
