The Frank L. Goularte Endowed Scholarships is a $1,500+, need-based, merit-based, and renewable award in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, and more. In 2000, Frank L. Goularte gave a monetary gift to provide scholarships based on need to deserving students. In honor of Brother Goularte’s generosity and support of higher education for Catholic students, the Frank L. Goularte Scholarship Fund was established. This needs-based scholarship requires FAFSA SAR reporting in the application process. Earnings of the established fund provide undergraduate scholarships of $1,500 per year to selected applicants.
