Scholarships shall be awarded according to and named after the honored founding chemistry faculty and their respective fields: Clark Organic Chemistry Scholar (Thomas J. Clark), Hanson Physical Chemistry Scholar (Mervin P. Hanson), Russell Inorganic Chemistry Scholar (John B. Russell), Wallace Biochemistry Scholar (Robert A. Wallace), or Weiss Analytical Chemistry Scholar (Roger J. Weiss). Awarded to a full time sophomore, junior or senior Chemistry student. Must maintain a 2.5 GPA. Students can be awarded the scholarship up to two times. Amounts and numbers of scholarships are estimates, dependent on funding.
