The purpose of the Hutchinson Scholarship is to support graduating high school seniors from western Oklahoma and southwestern Kansas. Applicants must be graduating high school seniors from the following counties in Oklahoma: Alfalfa, Beaver, Beckham, Blaine, Custer, Dewey, Ellis, Garfield, Grant, Harper, Major, Roger Mills, Texas, Washita, Woods and Woodward and Seward County Kansas. Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
