Eligibility criteria: Must be majoring in either athletic training or exercise science Junior or senior status as of the Fall 2021 Semester Minimum grade point average of 3.25 Full-time student at North Central College Must be in good standing with the College Two Brief Statements submitted (see below) Students will need to submit two brief statements: Describe how you, as an athletic trainer or exercise science coach, will use prevention and wellness to ignite a spark in your clients in order for them to lead healthy and balanced lives. Describe the service work you have done. Supplemental Questions The Mark Crabtree Scholarship is awarded to students majoring in either Athletic Training or Exercise Science. In which of these, are you majoring? As of the FALL 2021 SEMESTER, will your academic standing be either Junior or Senior? Do you currently have a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher? If you are selected as a recipient of this scholarship, will you be FULL-TIME (12-18 credit hours per semester) for the 2021-22 academic year? In a BRIEF STATEMENT, please describe how you, as an athletic trainer or exercise science coach, will use prevention and wellness to ignite a spark in your clients in order for them to lead healthy and balanced lives?
