The purpose of the Marvin Anmuth Scholarship Fund is to support Jewish students from the San Francisco Bay area who need financial assistance to obtain their desired post-secondary education. Applicants must be Jewish undergraduate or graduate students majoring in electrical engineering, be enrolled full-time at an accredited post-secondary institution and/or graduate program and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Students must demonstrate a strong community-oriented mentality, provide proof of practicing tzedakah and tikkun olam and submit a personal essay using 1,000 words. Applicants must demonstrate financial need, be registered for a minimum of 12 course units per quarter or semester, be from San Francisco, the Peninsula, Sunnyvale, North, Sonoma and Marin Counties.
