About This Scholarship

The purpose of the Robert V. and Ruby Mae Smith Memorial Scholarship is to support Oklahoma students interested in post-secondary medical technology education. Applicants must be graduating from one of the following Oklahoma City high schools: John Marshall, Oklahoma Centennial, Harding Charter Prep, Northeast, Douglass or Millwood. Students must have a minimum 3.0 grade point average. Applicants may be given preference if pursuing medical technology as a career. Students must submit an essay discussing the person/experience that has influenced the student to make a contribution to their community or that has influenced the student to commit to education.
