The School of Informatics and Computing Freshman Scholarship is a $1,500+, merit-based, and renewable award for full-time students in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, and more. The scholarship is awarded to students who are winners in the NCWIT Aspirations in Computing competition and are admitted directly to the School of Informatics at IUPUI. This scholarship is available to incoming female freshman for their computing-related achievements and interests. Awardees are selected for their: computing and IT aptitude, leadership ability, academic history, and plans for post-secondary education. The scholarship is automatically renewed for up to four years of study with a GPA of 3.2 and continuous full-time enrollment.
