The purpose of the Seay A. Sanders Jr. Scholarship is to support Oklahoma students pursuing post-secondary education. Applicants must be a graduating senior of a Mid-Del district high school in Oklahoma with previous attendance at Townsend Elementary School. Students must have a minimum grade point average of 3.2 and an ACT score of 22 or greater. Applicants must submit the FAFSA student aid report and an essay describing their leadership and service experiences and ways in which the Townsend and Mid-Del schools influenced their leadership.
