The Skaggs Foundation Scholarship is a Sociology, Global Studies, Business Finance, Taxation, and $2,000+ award for full-time students in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, and more. Such a purpose would be met in providing a scholarship to a student in a course of study who, upon graduation, would work with the underprivileged. The donor’s intent and purpose would also be met in providing a scholarship to a student from an underprivileged home and environment.
