The purpose of the Texas 4-H Opportunity Scholarship Program - Baccalaureate Scholarships is to support Texas 4-H members who are planning to pursue a bachelor's degree. Students must be high school seniors who have actively participated in a Texas 4-H program during the current year and at least two of the three previous years. They must have formally applied to a Texas college or university, and they must meet the school's admission requirements. Applicants must have a score of at least 1350 on the SAT or 19 on the ACT.
