About This Scholarship

The purpose of the 9/11 Promise Scholarships is to support qualified children of first responders and military service members who have been killed or injured and are unable to hold employment. Applicants must be children of fallen first responders or military service members or children of first responders or military service members certified as not being able to work. Students must be currently enrolled at or accepted to an accredited trade school, college or university with a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA. Applicants must be under the age of 25. Essay submissions on provided topics are required.
