The purpose of the Bixby Garden Club Scholarship is to support Bixby, Oklahoma students pursuing post-secondary education. Applicants must be a Bixby High School student for at least two years and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Students must also be a U.S. citizen, plan to attend an accredited college or university and plan to enroll as a full-time college student.
