About This Scholarship

The purpose of the Air Force ROTC High School Scholarship Program is to help students with financial need who are also interested in joining the Air Force in order to pay for college. Applicants must pass the physical fitness assessment and demonstrate academic achievement or outstanding leadership skills. There are three types of awards: one that pays full tuition, most fees and a book allowance, one that pays tuition and fees up to $18,000 and a book allowance and one that pays the equivalent of in-state tuition and a book allowance. In return for the scholarship, recipients must serve in the Air Force. Applicants must have minimum ACT score of 24 or minimum SAT score of 1100. GPA minimum requirement is 3.0.
