Applicants must be high school seniors, entering college students or current college undergraduate or graduate students who are of Hispanic heritage and U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and plan to enroll full-time in a degree program at a two- or four- year accredited institution in the U.S., Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands or Guam in the upcoming academic year.
