The purpose of the Student Forum Travel Awards is to help students with travel expenses to the ASA annual meeting. Applicants must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate sociology degree in an academic institution and current student members of ASA. Awards are based on participation in the annual meeting, purpose for attending, student need, availability of other forms of support, matching funds and the potential benefit to the student.
