Applicants must be high school seniors enrolled in the upcoming semester as vocational, college and graduate students. Students must be enrolled in an institution within the United States or the District of Columbia in good overall academic standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA. A 750- to 1,000-word essay on a provided prompt is required.
