The purpose of the Glencarlyn / Carlin Springs Scholarship is to support graduating seniors from Arlington Public Schools in pursuing post-secondary education. Applicants must have attended Glencarlyn or Carlin Springs Elementary School for at least 3 years and have demonstrated financial need. A minimum GPA of 2.5 is required.
