The purpose of the Floyd and Isabel Jacques Memorial Scholarship is to reward students who graduate in the upper 10 percent of their class from Musselman High School. Applicants must be residents of Berkeley County and graduating seniors from Musselman High School. Students must plan to attend an accredited college or university offering a degree program of not less than two years. Financial need and academic preparation will be taken into consideration.
