About This Scholarship

The purpose of the Nathan R. Hugo Scholarship is to encourage students from Bay County who wish to pursue a career in education. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and submit a FAFSA demonstrating financial need with preference given to Garber High School seniors involved in music and/or drama. Students must submit two letters of recommendation, a current transcript, a personal essay and an acceptable portrait photo as a JPEG or PNG along with their application.
