The purpose of the National Garden Clubs Scholarship is to promote the study of horticulture and related fields. Applicants must be full-time juniors, seniors, graduate students or sophomores applying for their junior year and major in one of the following fields: agriculture education, horticulture, floriculture, landscape design, botany, biology, plant pathology/science, forestry, agronomy, environmental concerns, economics, environmental conservation, city planning, wildlife science, habitat or forest/systems ecology, land management or related areas. Students must have a minimum 3.25 cumulative GPA and be a U.S. citizen.
