About This Scholarship

The purpose of the Osteopathic Medical Student Scholarship is to support Oklahoma students who are pursuing osteopathic medical education. Applicants must have at least one parent, stepparent or court-appointed guardian who is a northwest Oklahoma resident and has claimed the applicant as a dependent on his or her federal income tax return for the previous year or must have lived in northwest Oklahoma in some capacity other than as a full-time student at a post-secondary institution for a period of at least 12 consecutive months. Students must be able to demonstrate good standing at their college regarding academics, finances and conduct.
