About This Scholarship

The purpose of the Scholarship Program for Young Pianists is to support pianists to prepare and qualify for the American National Chopin Piano Competition. The program is available to any qualified American pianists age 14 to 17 who are enrolled in secondary or undergraduate institutions as full-time students. Applicants also must study music and major in piano. They must submit applications, statements of career goals, two references, audio tapes and $25 fee.
