The purpose of the Student Award Program of FSD is to support students with disabilities in completing a science project or thesis in any field of mathematics, science, medicine, engineering or computer science. Applicants must be graduate students or senior undergraduates who have been accepted to graduate school. Students must submit two letters of recommendation and an essay outlining their professional goals and aspirations and the purpose for which the grant would be used. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.
