The purpose of the William and Gertrude Fradkin Memorial Scholarship is to support students of northern New Mexico enrolled in or attending a post-secondary institution of higher learning. Applicants must be permanent residents of northern New Mexico with a minimum GPA of 3.25 and a minimum ACT score of 19 or minimum combined math and critical reading SAT score of 930. Applicants must be enrolled in or currently attending a post-secondary institution of higher learning. Selection is based upon academic success, ability to utilize critical thinking skills and leadership skills. Financial need is also considered but not a requirement for eligibility.
