The purpose of the Charles S. Noble Junior Football Scholarship is to support junior football players who attend colleges, technical institutes and universities in Alberta. Applicants must be Canadian citizens, Alberta residents and attend a post-secondary institution full-time with a grade point average of at least 2.0. Students must also have the recommendation of the scholarship committee of the Alberta Junior Football teams and play for an Alberta Junior Football team. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.
