Applicants must be current or former members of Mortar Board entering a post-graduate degree program who have not previously been awarded a Mortar National Foundation Fellowship. They must complete the online application, submit two letters of recommendation and a current, official transcript. Fellowship recipients must be ready to begin and complete the year of post-graduate study upon acceptance of the fellowship award.
