The purpose of the Southern Region/Elmer Stailing Scholarship is to support current active members of USA Water Ski in their educational goals. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and be incoming freshmen, sophomores, juniors or seniors at an accredited two-year or four-year college. Applicants must continue to be enrolled full-time at their college during the year of receipt of the scholarship. Selection is based on the applicant's academic achievement, work record, need and school and community activities as well as their contributions to the sport of water skiing.
